Bostin'! 'Course you are!

I'm down in Oxfordshire now, so normally have to venture either back up to Brum or down to London for anything juicy. Completely agree with Wolves Civic too -- surprising the acts they pull in there!

Have a bloody top time in Brum as well. If you get time for grub before hand, highly recommend Bonehead!

Cursed with being between the two cities. Still, it sounds like an upgrade to me!

Gigs down in London are usually next level but cost an arm and a leg with travel/accommodation. Haven't been down there in years.

Thanks man! I had a quick google and those burgers look incredible! Not sure if we'll have chance tomorrow but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the next time.

How much would getting down to London and back cost you? I've seen crazy stuff about train prices over there, one way trips from the north coming to around £100 in places. Don't get me wrong it's a lot of hassle but I just went over to London 2 weeks ago for a night but the flights over and back came to €35 and hotel was €60. If I wanted to get a train an hour's drive away from me it'd be about €60 return and don't get me started on the hotel prices. Genuinely is cheaper to go to the UK for a night or short break away than it is to go a couple of hours away here.

To be honest the train to London isn't too bad, I had a quick look just and can get a train from Birmingham New Street To London Euston for £9 at the cheapest rate - which is mad because it costs £6.50 for me to get into Birmingham from Stourbridge - so based on that probably about £30 there and back which seems miles cheaper than I remember actually, but it's still crazy that your flights over and back work out about the same!
