Hmmmmmm, I'm unsure. Sounds like somebody with previous admin expertise could advise you personally on this one though, someone like @"Null" perhaps?

Unfortunately Wayno, under certain rules and provisions you cannot 'IGNORE' posts from people who politely requested your PSN only to have it elaborately thrown back in their face.

It's a permission masking thing.
